Welcome

Welcome to Hollywood Alert. A website dedicated to helping writers connect with the right Producers, Publishers, Creative/Development Executives and more.
We have seen so many good projects that just didn't make it because they didn't get to the right people. We target writers works to Studios, Producers, and Publishers that are actively searching for projects.

Hollywood Alert is an easy to use system that gets your work where it needs to be...in front of Industry professionals seeking projects for a  lifetime subscription fee of $19.95.

You can concentrate on your writing and submit your project to our site, No more endless phone calls to Agents or Publishers that don't get anywhere, no more sending out your work blindly hoping that they are looking for a project like yours.

We are doing something unprecedented in any of the media industries that we are involved in... A way that Industry Executives from Film, TV, Theater, and Publishing can view and download projects from across all industries in a searchable and categorized database that gives them access to projects that may never have been available to them.

Hollywood Alert was created because we believe that Writers needed a more direct vehicle to get their projects in the right hands... so we created one.

We truly hope you enjoy our site.

Networking is about contact – contact with people.

The key to networking is taking the initiative to have contact with others in your field of interest.

I'm sure you have heard the old saying "it's not what you know but who you know that counts."

Your writing skills may produce brilliant works but, if you cant get it to the right people it will never see the mass market.

Networking has completely changed with the advent of the internet. You have greater access to people all over the world instantaneously, and that means you must be using the right tools to target the right people.

Networking really is about communication, you need to find out what is working for others, what is it that the decision makers want to see? You could tweet your project out to everyone on Twitter, but that would be a waste of time and effort. What you can do, is place your work strategically, where you know it will have the greatest opportunity to be seen by thousands of Industry Executives that want to see it.
